HPC-09 Design Philosophy

The Temperature & Strength Prediction Engine  is what sets HPC-09 apart from other products:
Accurate Predictions of Free Development of Temperature and Strength based on lokal kalibrationd data and input parameters is a huge technical challenge and has taken several years to achieve.

  • HPC-09 computes Pouring Temperature, Strength and Temperature Graphs from:
    • Target Curing Time, Target Strength, Air Temperature, Relative Humidity and Wind Speed
  • HPC-09 computes Curing Time, Strength and Temperature Graphs from:
    • Pouring Temperature, Target Strength, Air Temperature, Relative Humidity and Wind Speed

Eksisting systmes that compute Free Temp development uses Predefined Concrete Mix Designs (Mix Proportions) and has usually has no real time support, while HPC-09  uses Calibration Data for Plant specific Mix Designs in real time!

Free Development of Temperature

Shape of Temperature graph is not forced to follow a predetermined curvature by varying heating / cooling.

  • HPC-09 computes how Temperature would develop when pouring concrete at a given Temperature and optionally by adding bed heating.
  • HPC-09 is thus capable of computing Predicted Temperature and Strength Graphs when no heating is applied, and only pouring temperature is used to adjust curing time!

Forced Development of Temperature

Forces concrete to follow a predefined Curing Graph. Since this makes math simple, it was our initial approach: However, the steep Forced Ramp Temperature causes higher internal temperature gradients and the Concrete may crack. Not able to predict Temperature and Strength Graphs when no heat / cooling is applied.
