HPC-09 v6 - Discrepancy Detection

Predictability is, among other things, key to Detecting Concrete Mix Discrepancies and to Trustworthy Strength Calculations.

E.g. by looking at:

  • The Shape (shallow or steep slope) of the Measured Temperature (green graph) compared to the Corrected Prediction (red graph)
  • The Amplitude of the Measured Temperature (green graph) compared to the Corrected Prediction (red graph)

one can tell if there is a Discrepancy in the current Concrete Mix!

HPC-09 v6 also provides other information to determine if the current Concrete Mix and Curing is OK!
